Complete the registration by Monday, October 12, 2026. Your responses will assist the event’s organizers in determining your eligibility and in identifying and avoiding potential conflicts of interest with the attorneys participating in the event.

Schedule:

1 1:30 – 1 2:00 Check-In (and lunch for in-person attendees)

1 2:00 – 2:00 Meet with Legal Team

You will be notified of your application status by October 16, 2026. Should your organization be selected for participation in the Nonprofit Tune-Up event, please have one to three key leaders in your organization participate in the event (e.g. your Executive Director, Board Chair, and/or other senior staff or Board Members responsible for governing or managing your organization). If your organization does not qualify to participate, we may be able to offer you information about organizations in the Twin Cities area that may be able to give you the assistance you need.

Nonprofit clients must be 501(c)(3) public charities. Generally, organizations with budgets between $250,000 -$1,500,000, and with two to ten employees, receive the most benefit from this event. If we receive more applications than we can accommodate, we may give preference to organizations that assist low-income individuals or other marginalized communities (but all purposed organizations are encouraged to apply).
